Checc- Titan and JH

Henry and Jeff from Sheffield organised a caving training weekend in Sheffield to teach cave rescue techniques and take members of clubs on trips they would not normally be able to go on.
Chris did JH to Titan and I did Titan to JH.
After some very scary descending with a very creaky and ominous sounding descender down the beasty Titan-with all the lessons of what could go wrong with our descender the day before going through my head, I enjoyed a range of climbing and squeezing to reach JH. (By the way guys- I have a whole new appreciation for your massive ladder ascent of Titan!!!!!)
Really enjoyed bitch pitch and looking at the workshop in JH.
Overall, was a really good weekend and learnt a lot of good skills and met a lot of really nice people. Hope to use our contacts and pass on skills to the new club next year.
